Project Management Consultant
Idilia Nataly Cedeño Martínez is an accomplished project leader with over 14 years of experience managing social and business initiatives. Her career has focused on strategic planning, the development of high-impact volunteer programs, and organizational sustainability. As co-founder of Fundación Yura and Project Director in various organizations, she has led programs funded by international agencies, built strategic partnerships, and designed innovative methodologies for volunteering and social responsibility. Her results-driven approach and commitment to sustainable development have made her a recognized figure in the field.
Founder and Legal Representative
Itala is a seasoned professional with 25 years of experience leading climate and conservation initiatives across Latin America and globally. Her core expertise lies in project design and management, strategic planning, and the full-cycle implementation of carbon emission reduction projects. She has a strong track record working with communities, leading Free, Prior, and Informed Consent (FPIC) processes, and managing high-level teams to deliver inclusive solutions with both environmental and social impact.
