Who are we?
Kapok Consultores was founded in 2022 by Itala Yépez, with the goal of supporting organizations working for conservation and sustainable development. Since then, we have worked with local and international NGOs, helping them strengthen their capacities, innovate in their management, and generate greater impact in the territories where they operate.
We believe that another consulting model is possible: one that doesn't impose, but accompanies; one that doesn't offer generic formulas, but rather tailored solutions. That's why we work as strategic allies, co-creating with our clients tools, methodologies, and processes that allow them to fulfill their missions with efficiency, motivation, and purpose.
What do we do?
We offer comprehensive and specialized consulting services for NGOs working in conservation and development. Our services include:

Every organization is unique. That's why we always start with a thorough assessment that allows us to understand their challenges, context, and aspirations. From there, we co-design practical and realistic solutions that reflect their capabilities and priorities. During implementation, we support teams every step of the way, measuring results, adjusting in real time, and celebrating achievements.

Our mission
Co-create efficient work strategies that promote sustainable development and improve NGO management, contributing to a more just and sustainable world.
Our vision
Transforming NGOs into sustainable organizations, with motivated teams and effective processes, capable of leading conservation with impact, transparency, and a human spirit.

Our differential value
At Kapok Consultores, we don't just design strategies: we help organizations build the future they envision.
