We facilitated an in-person workshop with ACE members to translate their six statutory objectives into key areas, five-year results, and indicators. The SWOT analysis confirmed a solid scientific foundation and the need to move from individual efforts to active committees with their own agendas.

The executive report submitted proposes committees for communication, funding, scientific diplomacy, and quality/ethics, with concrete next steps for the first 100 days: validation with the membership, committee formation, and an initial public agenda.
